Relocation of the entire store.
In practice
All Fields relocated the stock, ranges, display and store shelves of three outdated branches.
All Fields organised everything again at the new location regarding shelving and display management in accordance with the indications in the planograms.
An extensive team worked with two site and project managers.
We used an analytical model to carry out the breakdown and dismantling with exceptional care and caution.
This enabled the reorganisation and installation to be completed in record time.
