Home installation service for water-pressure pumps
In practice
All Fields receives an email from Kärcher’s customer service department requesting a repair or installation.
The project manager records all of the customer data in a file and on a digital map.
The project leader marks out an installation route using this map which takes account of the estimated time that will be spent at each address.
When we telephone the person making the request we set a date and discuss several practical matters. Once all of the details have been fine-tuned, we confirm the arrangement in an email and include the general terms and conditions.
During the final phase, the installer provides the project manager with the visual material to add to the All Fields online reporting system.
It is also possible to include comments, so the service team at Kärcher can see exactly how the installations are progressing over time.
