Home installation service for robotic lawnmowers in Belgium and the Netherlands.

In practice

We receive requests for the installation of the robotic lawnmowers via Gardena.

These are carefully processed and put on a map so that we get a geographic overview of where the robotic lawnmowers need to be installed.

We use this map to prepare the routes for our installers. After we have done the preparation, we contact the person making the request so that we can confirm the appointment.

Photos of the installation are sent to us after the visit and we log these in our own online reporting system.

We add any comments if necessary, and the signed visit report.

This allows Gardena to consult all of the information for each customer visit at any time.
