Project

Store visit and merchandising project at 450 DIY centres for the installation of display totems, posters, wobblers and the delivery of coupon booklets in the paint department according to seasonal themes.

In practice

We have to visit 450 branches within a period of three days, which requires tight planning.

Each season, we work with the same merchandising team for the installation and delivery of AkzoNobel’s promotional material.

Our merchandisers take photos and prepare a short description for the daily reporting at each site.
